Jerry Allen, President
Jerry Allen is the Owner and President of Solex Contracting Inc. Jerry, who established the company in 2004, brings with him over 30 years of experience and expertise in the construction industry. Having started in the trenches as a laborer, Jerry moved on to roles in estimating, project management, Vice President and C.O.O. for previous companies. As President of Solex, Jerry is proud to be in a position to provide Solex employees with a similar pathway to success in the retail and telecommunications industries.
Jerry came up with the name Solex by combining the first names of his daughters Sophia and Alexa. When not at the office or job site, Jerry enjoys outdoor sports such as hunting, fishing and working with horses.

Keith Schultz, Vice President of Operations
LEED Green Associate
Keith Schultz graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a Bachelor's in Construction Management. Since that time, he has worked and gained experience in a wide variety of construction-related fields, including commercial management, development, sales, and marketing. Keith has worked in his current capacity as Vice President of Operations since 2016 and has been with Solex since 2009.
With his extensive background in construction management, it should come as no surprise that collaboration is central to his personal philosophy.

Sandy Hart, Human Resources
Sandra Hart is a Certified Professional in Human Resources and has been working with Solex in that capacity since 2008. Sandy brings the experience of both 19 years in the construction industry and 25 years in human resources to provide a wide array of oversight and support to the Solex team. Sandy's personal philosophy applies to her work with Solex and in her personal life as a wife and mother.

Andrea Clements, Controller
Andrea has been with Solex since 2014 and currently serves as the company's Controller. She graduated from the University of San Diego in 2004 with a Bachelor's in Psychology as well as her Paralegal Certification in Business Law. Before coming to Solex, Andrea had worked in the construction industry in accounting for 20 years. During this time, she acquired a vast knowledge of accounting in all aspects. Andrea has been married for 18 years and has two children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and going to concerts.

Chris Imperati, Senior Project Manager
Chris has a well-rounded background in construction supervision, including experience in the plumbing industry. Chris joined the Solex team in 2011 as a superintendent and has since moved up to Lead Retail Project Manager. Chris is known as a demanding project manager who has the hands-on knowledge and drive necessary to lead a team.
Chris is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, and even applies inspirational head coach Chuck Noll in his work with Solex. Chris doesn't buckle under pressure because according to coach Noll,

Brandy Powell, Tenant Improvement Estimator
Brandy grew up as the daughter of a mason. She often accompanied her father on job sites, where she developed an early interest in construction. Prior to joining Solex, Brandy worked in retail construction as an Operations Manager in Las Vegas. She has since moved to California and continues her career as Solex's Retail Estimating Manager.
Outside of work, Brandy enjoys spending her time with her family and has a passion for travel.

Andrew Finney, Telecommunications Chief Estimator
Andrew finney has been in the Telecommunications Industry for over 15 years. In that time he’s worked his way up from a Installer, to a foreman, and now as a the senior Estimator with Solex’s Telecom division. Andrew brings his extensive field experience and knowledge to Estimating. Throughout his career, Andrew has worked with major clients including Verizon, Sprint, T-mobile, AT&T, LA RIC'S Projects, and specialized trouble shooting projects
Andrew thrives to find the most technical jobs to bid on because his fellow managers share the same passion as him as always succeeding and not accepting failure.
In Andrew's spare time he likes ocean fishing and camping,hunting and spending time with his wife and three children

Tony Granados, Telecommunications Project Manager
Tony Granados serves as Project Manager for Solex's Telecommunications Division. Tony has been with Solex since 2005 and brings his hands-on experience and passion to work with him every day.
When he's not in the field, Tony enjoys spending his time at the beach with friends and family. Unless, of course, there's a Cowboys game on...

Craig McMillian, Telecommunications Senior Project Manager
Craig McMillian has been in the telecommunications industry for over 20 years. In that time, he's worked as an Estimator, Installer, and now as a Senior Project Manager with Solex's Telecommunications Division. Throughout his career, Craig has worked with major clients, including Verizon, Sprint, and Pac Bell.
Craig not only drives his team forward, but also enjoys fast cars, off-road bikes, and sport bikes in his free time.

Mike Saavedra, Project Manager
Mike has been with Solex Contracting since 2015 and is currently serving as a Jr project manager for the retail division. Mike was a site superintendent for Solex until 2018 when he assumed his current role as a Jr project manager.
Mike is an avid car enthusiast and also enjoys anything to do with the outdoors.

Rafael Gonzalez Jr, Telecommunications Project Manager
Rafael has been with Solex Contracting since 2005. Rafael worked as a field tech and worked his way up to a Project Manager. Rafael has been in the telecommunications industry since 1998.
He enjoys camping, riding quads, hiking and riding bikes. He also enjoys photography, graphic design and with his Wife they care for two pugs Stella and Liz. Rafael is a big sports fan for the Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Dodgers, Los Angeles Rams and Green Bay Packers. Rafael believes that personal integrity should guide every action!

Omar Ortega , Warehouse Manager
Omar Ortega has been with Solex Contracting since 2016 and currently serves as the Warehouse Manager for Solex Contracting. Omar has worked in the telecommunication industry for over 10 years. Omar and his team manage multiple clients including Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T. Omar works closely with our client procurement teams to ensure an efficient transfer of material for all projects.
Omar enjoys spending time at Disneyland with his wife and daughter, but not as much as he enjoys watching sports... Football mostly with the Atlanta Falcons as his favorite team.

Roger Loza , Telecommunications Estimator
Roger Loza has been with Solex Contracting since 2008 and currently serves in our estimating department. At 18 years of age, Roger started his career working as a civil laborer. Roger brings 12 years of field construction experience and supports a wide range of clients including ATT, Verizon, T-Mobile and Sprint.
Roger graduated from Ontario High School before starting his career in construction. His father owned a custom pool business where Roger spent his summer vacations working side by side. Rogers summer job opened up and allowed him to pursue opportunities in the construction field. Roger enjoys hunting, traveling, and fishing.
As a sports fan, Roger enjoys following the Chivas Guadalajara and Los Angeles Dodgers.
